Onyx T122

High Volume Tilt-Back Tire Changer

The Onyx T122 is an automatic tire changer with a high strength steel tilt tower that is effective, yet economical. It was designed to handle tougher wheel assemblies where rigidity is necessary. This model includes a BeadBoss multi point assist system. Included in this system is a heavy duty top roller for remounting, a swing bottom roller for lifting, and a bead depressor for holding the bead in the drop centre.

High strength steel clamps with integrated teeth for clamping from the inside or outside ensure that your wheel will stay in place while operating. It features a clamping range of 11″ to 23″ from the outside, and 13″ to 25″ from the inside. An integrated bead blaster is an optional feature in the T122 TI version which will assist in seating more difficult beads. The T122 can accommodate a tire diameter of 39.5” and a rim width of 12.5”.

The included FRL filters incoming air of moisture and debris. It then lubricates the air to protect the vital internal seals and valves. The FRL will drastically extend the service life of the machine and its components.
